If you stick your hand in the grill, the hole is easy to find because it is round and fingertip sized. On the other side of the hole, you can feel a screw sticking out. Using the fingertip on the hole as a guide, stick a long philip screwdriver into the hole, and unscrew the screw. Once you can not feel the screw sticking out anymore, give it a couple more rotations then stop.
