Puerto Rico <P>

After two aborted attempts, I finally made it Puerto Rico!  <P>

General notes:
<ul>
	<li> Puerto Rico has some of the nicest people I've ever met in my travels.
	<li> It was fantastic going to the touristy spots on weekdays so it wasn't very crowded
	<li> Many people just go to San Juan - and my favorite places, by far, weren't in San Juan
	<li> (Almost) Every place had at least one person who spoke english.  <br>
	And if not, we often had a random customer (who spoke english) come by and help us out.
	<li> Roads are very tight in some places - cities/smaller roads.  Highly recommend a small car.
