This threw me off for a bit.
That wire extends over to the other side of the hill, over a huge drop.
The sign says, 'Access forbidden without a guide'.

I'm pretty sure you put something on the wire, grab onto it, and then roll over to the other side.

I had two quick thoughts when I realized that:
First thought: "That looks incredibly dangerous."
Second thought: "I wonder if Zhi knows about this?"
