During your usual hike, I don't normally drink that much.
Not sure it was the cold, or the altitude, but found myself drinking a lot.

I had a Camelback water bag, with a bite spout so I didn't have to pull it in and out.
I was worried about having a water bag in the same bag as the rest of my camera gear,
and I put it in a Granite Gear Toughsack. Good thing too - water did leak out, but it
didn't get out of the Toughsack. The toughsacks are awesome.
