Random thoughts:
<ul>
<li>  Switzerland is expensive, especially housing.  <br>
      On average, I paid about $100 a night for a room that was smaller than my bedroom.
<li>  Extremely safe place to visit, even safer than Australia.  <br>
      I have never seen so many female tourists traveling alone.
<li>  Weather is very erratic - you needed to keep a constant eye on the weather forecast, <br>
      especially in the mountain areas (aka Wengen).  Dressing in layers was very helpful.
<li>  My suitcase is mid-sized (10x18x25 inches) and it was still 'too large' meaning <br>
      I could barely roll it onto trains.  
<li>  The Swiss Pass is not worth the money unless you REALLY go wild with transit. <br>
      And make sure to get it in advance - it's even more expensive if you get it there.
<li>  Switzerland uses its own currency, so it's annoying to traven in and out of <br>
      Switerland.  Not as big of a deal if you stay within Switzerland, though.
<li>  If I could do it again, I would probably cut Bern out and spend more time <br>
      in Montreux & Luzern.  I blew a lot of time on trains (although the scenery <br>
      was very nice).
